Elements is where you build your foundation. In this phase (4 sessions), we focus on learning the basics, developing confidence, and creating strong movement patterns that set you up for long-term success. Whether you’re brand new or getting back into training, you’ll be coached with attention to detail and supported every step of the way.

A trial and evaluation help us place you in the right starting point

This trial and evaluation path is designed for experienced athletes coming from other training methods such as bodybuilding, powerlifting, running, endurance sports, or fitness racing. We’ll assess your movement, fitness level, and readiness for our training style, then place you in group class or recommend a few Elements sessions to help you transition in smoothly.
